The TBA sponsored seminar will take place October 24^th at 8:00 a.m. at the Tennessee Bar Center. The seminar will provide lawyers with the information, tools, and tips needed to successfully handle transactional and traditional business matters. The program will also discuss issues specific to health care transactions. The day will wrap up with a presentation about ethics in the practice of law.
