Beth Moore is a corporate and transaction lawyer with over 30 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate and securities law. Clients in a wide range of industries value her experience and counsel with respect to strategic and operational issues.
Beth regularly represents buyers and sellers with capital market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures and other strategic alternatives. She is a trusted advisor in the private equity space where she leads and advises both investors and established and emerging companies on private equity and growth equity transactions at all stages—angel, growth and late stage. She also advises clients in commercial contract negotiations and general business matters as well as corporate governance, securities issuance and securities regulation matters. Her experience includes negotiating executive compensation arrangements.
Beth also advises clients on the formation of investment funds, including private equity, venture capital and real estate funds, and she advises individuals and institutional investors with respect to investments in various funds. Her fund-side experience includes representation of venture capital and private firms on a broad range of operational and strategic issues, including private equity investments in portfolio companies, commercial contracts and registration and compliance matters.
