Chris Sabis Joins Tennessee Justice Center’s Pro Bono Hall of Fame

Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is pleased to announce that Chris Sabis has joined the Tennessee Justice Center’s Pro Bono Hall of Fame. This recognition follows his contributions to a much-deserved win for Ava Gray Whitacre, a ten-year-old child with severe epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and numerous other chronic medical conditions. Sabis and associate Micah Bradley served as co-counsel to reinstate Ava Gray’s total skilled nursing care hours.

The honor was presented to Sabis during the Tennessee Bar Association Annual Convention on June 16, 2022. The TBA invites the TJC each year to honor a pro bono attorney who made a significant impact for a client in the fight for justice.

Sabis leads the firm’s Government Compliance and Investigations group and concentrates his practice in the areas of government investigations, litigation, and healthcare. Before joining the firm, he served for nearly a decade as an assistant United States attorney in the Middle District of Tennessee.
