Dewey Branstetter, Chairman of the Metro Charter Revision Commission, and Councilwoman Emily Evans were guests on NewsChannel 5 OpenLine on Tuesday, March 31st.  Evans and Branstetter discussed a proposed charter amendment that would reduce the Metro Council to 27 members and allow council members to serve three terms.
