Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is honored to continue its support of Tennessee Justice for Our Neighbors‘ annual fundraising event, Oye Vecino LIVE. Please join us this Thursday, September 19th for an evening of music, food, silent auction and conversation. Guests will enjoy a panel discussion on immigration and belonging with Oye Vecino Co-Hosts Alvaro Manrique Barrenechea and Aineth Murguia. Panelists include an architect and a construction project manager who are part of Tennessee’s immigrant building community. Refreshments will be served up by Tantisimo and music provided by Grammy-Award winning multi-instrumentalist Giovanni Rodriguez.

Founded in 2008, Tennessee Justice for Our Neighbors is a nonprofit law office that has represented thousands of individuals seeking humanitarian relief. They provide direct representation to people from around the world and advocate for children, women, and men displaced by war, violence and poverty. Their mission is to provide free or low-cost compassionate legal representation to immigrants, education to the public and faith-based communities about issues related to immigration and advocacy for immigrant rights. Oye Vecino is a Spanish-language podcast launched in April 2020 to empower and reliably inform immigrant families living in the United States.
