Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison member Todd Panther will speak at the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Fidelity and Surety Law Committee 2022 Mid-Winter Conference. The conference will be held January 19-21, 2022, in Nashville, Tennessee. Panther will participate in a panel discussion on the judicial/neutral’s perspective on Friday, January 21.

The panel includes state and federal judges and mediators who will address several litigation topics, including interpretation of insurance policy language, the use of extrinsic evidence, the scope of discovery, tolerance for discovery disputes, and more. The panel will conclude with a discussion of dispositive motions and effective strategies for oral arguments.
