Will Pugh to Serve as Moderator for Business Courts from Tennessee to Delaware

Attorney Will Pugh will moderate the Nashville Bar Association’s Business Courts from Tennessee to Delaware. The panel discussion features Vice Chancellor Joseph Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery and Chancellor Anne Martin of the Chancery Court of Davidson County, Tennessee.

Pugh, an associate at Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison, represents clients in various practice areas, including litigation and transactional matters involving corporate, healthcare, bankruptcy, and antitrust law. Following law school, Pugh clerked for Vice Chancellor Slights, where he regularly worked on litigation matters involving some of the country’s largest companies.
