Sherrard Roe Serves as Counsel in Sale of Belle Meade Office Complex

Sherrard Roe is pleased to announce that members Mark Carver and Will Pugh served as counsel to West End Properties, LLC in the recent sale of its 156,000-square-foot Woodmont Centre office complex in Belle Meade, Tennessee, to Boyle Investment Company. Mark and Will played integral roles in structuring and negotiating the deal on behalf of the seller, drawing on deep commercial real estate and transactional experience.
The office complex, located near the intersection of White Bridge Road and Harding Pike, sits on 2.4 acres and is home to a nine-story office building, a five-story office building, and a multi-level parking garage.
Mark Carver practices primarily in the areas of real estate, finance, and corporate law. He regularly works on real estate matters such as acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, zoning, title insurance and financing. He also frequently represents both borrowers and lenders on loan transactions, including serving as Tennessee counsel on many multi-state deals.
Will Pugh maintains a broad-based corporate practice focused on commercial real estate, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and software licensing. In his real estate practice, he represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing of commercial properties.
