Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is pleased to announce that David H. Suggs has joined the firm as a member of its litigation team, where he will focus his practice on antitrust matters. His addition strengthens the firm’s already robust antitrust group known for handling complex, high-stakes competition matters for clients across a range of industries in courts around the country.

David has spent more than 20 years litigating complex antitrust disputes, including class-action cartel claims, monopolization suits, and criminal and civil government investigations. His practice also encompasses white collar, bankruptcy, and other high-stakes commercial litigation. In addition to his litigation work, David advises clients on antitrust risk and compliance, including issues arising from contracts, joint ventures, and strategic transactions. He has represented some of the world’s largest companies in significant, cross-border matters and has experience across a broad range of industries, with particular depth in the energy and pharmaceutical sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, David was a partner at White & Case, LLP, in New York, within their Global Competition and Commercial Litigation Groups, focusing on antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters.

David earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree from Davidson College. David is admitted to practice in New York and Tennessee.

“We are thrilled to welcome David,” said Ryan Holt, a member of the firm’s antitrust group. “His joining our firm is another significant milestone in the growth of our antitrust team and our firm more broadly. His deep experience across a wide range of antitrust and competition matters will be invaluable for our clients.”
