Thomas Hall has been accepted as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). The CLSA is an invitation-only honorary society limited to 1,200 Fellows worldwide. It recognizes excellence across all areas of construction law, from contracts and surety bonding to litigation, arbitration, and energy-related matters. CLSA promotes professional development, scholarship, ethical advocacy, community involvement, and a strong judiciary while honoring highly qualified, experienced construction lawyers.
Fellows are invited to the CLSA after evaluation of their accomplishments in construction law and ethical reputation. Membership is intentionally limited to ensure excellence, diversity, and inclusion. Most Fellows are partners, shareholders, or independent practitioners with 10+ years’ experience. A limited number of Associate Fellows may also be invited, typically on recommendation and pending full Fellowship certification.
Thomas concentrates his practice on construction litigation and arbitration. He represents owners, prime contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers in various matters, including commercial and residential construction projects. With a keen understanding of Tennessee’s construction laws, Thomas helps his clients navigate the intricacies of compliance requirements as well as the prosecution and defense of construction defect and warranty claims, lien claims, delay and disruption claims, and a wide variety of other complex construction disputes.
