Amy Mohan to co-present and Mark Ison to produce A Lawyer’s Role in Crisis Communications: What Every Lawyer Needs to Know. The 1.0 CLE hour will take place December 16^th at 10:10 a.m. at the Nashville Bar Association. The Course will address many elements of crisis communications, including what an attorney can, should (and should not!) say to the media, communications crisis prevention strategies, “killing” negative stories, col­laborating with crisis communications consultants and, of course, protecting the attorney-client privilege.
