Lisa Helton Presented at Tennessee Historic Preservation Conference

Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison attorney Lisa Helton presented at the Tennessee Preservation Trust’s 2017 Tennessee Historic Preservation Conference on September 21, 2017. Ms. Helton was on a panel of speakers regarding the preservation of historic cemeteries. Ms. Helton presented on Tennessee law regarding the accidental disturbance of graves and grave removal actions. The  2017 Tennessee Historic Preservation Conference’s theme was Preservation and Placemaking Possibilities.
