Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is pleased to announce that Mayor John Cooper has appointed member Cornell Kennedy to serve on the CATV Special Committee.  The CATV Special Committee consists of seven members appointed by the Mayor to serve a three-year term. CATV Special Committee has the power and authority to review and evaluate any matter relating to the operation of any cable franchise, and the performance of any franchisee, that may be granted to Metropolitan Nashville under provisions of Metro Code Chapter 6. They shall also be responsible for reviewing and regulating subscriber rates for basic service. The Firm congratulates Mr. Kennedy on this honor.
