The Nashville Public Education Foundation’s Hall of Fame luncheon will be held September 27 at the Music City Center. Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is delighted to continue its longtime support of this vital annual event. The Hall of Fame luncheon recognizes leaders in the community who positively impact Nashville’s students, teachers, and public schools.

Tom Sherrard is honored by the NPEF through the Thomas J. Sherrard Inspiring Innovation Award. Passionate about giving back to the community, he served as the founding chairman of the NPEF and continues to be actively involved.

Voces de Nashville and Water Walkers are the 2023 Thomas J. Sherrard Inspiring Innovation Award honorees. Voces de Nashville aims to unite Nashville’s multicultural communities through language learning to empower women with the tools to teach their home languages and cultures. Water Walkers is a watersports and adventure-based youth tutoring and mentoring program that addresses the needs for necessities, academic tutoring, leadership development, and counseling services.
