Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is pleased to continue its decades-long support of the Tennessee Bar Association Health Law Section as a sponsor of the 2023 TBA Health Law Forum on November 2-3 and TBA Health Law Primer on November 1.  Member John Voigt served on the Health Law Section’s inaugural Executive Committee and remained until Member Mark Ison joined nearly ten years ago. In his current role as executive committee chair, Ison is producing the Health Law Forum.

For 35 years, the TBA Health Law Forum has been widely recognized as one of the premier health law programs in the country. It continually draws industry leaders to speak and attend. Forum topics include healthcare fraud and enforcement, healthcare reimbursement, risk management, artificial intelligence and machine-based learning issues, HIPAA, and updates on federal and Tennessee laws impacting the healthcare industry.

Now in its 23^rd year, the Health Law Primer is a half-day CLE program geared towards those newer to the healthcare law practice. The presentations provide a general overview of current and frequently encountered healthcare law topics and practical tips from veteran healthcare leaders to navigate real-world situations in this highly regulated industry.
