The ABA sponsored webinar, in which Tracy Powell will be co-presenting on hospital-physician alignment, current intelligence and pitfalls, will take place Thursday, October 9 at 11:00 CT.  The webinar will focus on advanced concepts, nuances, current developments in, and regulators’ and competitors’ responses to, hospital and physician alignment.  The presentation will cover concerns from the perspectives of all participants in these transactions.  The faculty will provide high level insight regarding the Stark, antitrust, and other compliance implications of these relationships.
