Albert Bart Named to the Nashville Post’s “In Charge” List for 2026

Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is pleased to announce that firm member Albert Bart has once again been named to the Nashville Post’s annual “In Charge” list of top professionals in Nashville within the legal sector.

Each year, the Nashville Post compiles and publishes its annual “In Charge” list, recognizing select leaders, influential figures, and movers and shakers across numerous business sectors. This year’s list includes more than 500 of the who’s who in the business community across 18 sectors.

Albert, is a general corporate and commercial transactions attorney with nearly 30 years of law firm and in-house experience. He represents businesses, private equity firms, and individual investors in a wide-array of corporate and transactional matters, including providing counsel on business and operational matters, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. He works in a variety of industries with both buyers and sellers, borrowers and lenders, corporate management teams and significant stockholders. Albert also has significant experience working with senior executives on employment and executive compensation matters. He is the former Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Ceridian Corp., now Dayforce, and parent of Brentwood-based Comdata. He is also the former leader of Sherrard Roe’s Management Committee.
