Albert Bart Recognized Among Nashville Post’s “In Charge”

Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is pleased to announce that firm member Albert Bart has been recognized as part of the Nashville Post’s 16th annual “In Charge” list of top professionals in Nashville within the legal sector.
Each year the Nashville Post compiles and publishes its annual list of “In Charge” honorees recognizing select leaders, influential figures and movers and shakers across numerous business sectors. This year’s list included 500+ of the who’s who in the business community in 19 business sectors.
Albert, who leads the firm’s Management Committee, is a general corporate and commercial transactions attorney with nearly 30 years of law firm and in-house experience. He represents businesses, private equity firms, and individual investors in a wide-array of corporate and transactional matters, including providing counsel on business and operational matters, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. He works in a variety of industries with both buyers and sellers, borrowers and lenders, corporate management teams and significant stockholders. Albert also has significant experience working with senior executives on employment and executive compensation matters. He is the former Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Ceridian Corp., now Dayforce, and parent of Brentwood-based Comdata.
