October 7, 2026 | Aimee Moore
Sherrard Roe is delighted to share that Alice Haston has been selected to participate in the Class of 2027 Nashville Bar Foundation (NBF) Leadership Forum.
The NBF Leadership Forum provides a distinctive opportunity for attorneys to strengthen their leadership skills while connecting, collaborating, and serving the local community and legal profession. Each year, the program brings together a select group of 25 nominated attorneys practicing in Davidson County for monthly workshops and activities centered on issues affecting the legal profession and the broader community. The Forum also promotes diversity within the practice of law and fosters meaningful relationships among attorneys from a wide range of backgrounds and practice areas.
Alice focuses her practice on representing entities and individuals in the areas of business, real estate, and trusts and estates. She frequently advises families and individuals in business issues, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and fiduciary compliance. She also counsels nonprofit entities and tax-exempt organizations, including foundations, charter schools, homeowners’ associations, and religious organizations. Her litigation experience includes real estate disputes, the termination and modification of trusts and gift agreements, conservatorship matters, trust and will construction actions, estate and trust disputes, and probate litigation involving heirs, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries.
Past Sherrard Roe class members include Cornell Kennedy (2016), Ryan Holt (2017), Lauren Curry (2018), Amy Mohan (2019), Jaz Boon (2019), and Jay Harbison (2022).
