Eric Osborne Appointed Chair of the Tennessee Access to Justice Commission

Sherrard Roe is pleased to announce that member Eric Osborne has been appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court to serve as Chair of the Tennessee Access to Justice Commission. His two-year term as Chair will become effective April 1, 2026. Member John Farringer previously chaired the Commission from 2022–2024.
The Tennessee Access to Justice Commission was founded in 2009 as an initiative of the Tennessee Supreme Court and consists of ten members who serve staggered three-year terms. Its mission is to provide collaborative leadership to create solutions and resources that address and eliminate barriers to access to justice for all people. The Commission works closely with bar associations, legal aid providers, legal service organizations, nonprofit organizations, courts, faith-based organizations, and community partners to carry out this mission.
Eric Osborne focuses his legal practice on contract disputes, white-collar criminal defense, antitrust, and civil rights cases.
