Mr. Voigt co-presented Issues Spotting in Transactions with Cory Brown (Aspire Health). The speakers discussed the Buyers’ and Sellers’ chief expectations and regulatory concerns around the purchase price, diligence process, transaction documents and subsequent employment agreement between the parties. The seminar was held October 7, 2015 at the Embassy Suites Hotel (Franklin, TN).
