Scott Fielding to Present at the ABA’s “Allocating Expenses in Commercial Leases” CLE Program

Firm member Scott Fielding will present at the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section’s “Allocating Expenses in Commercial leases” CLE program. The webinar will cover the types of expenses generally considered in leases, the common areas and market allocation of these expenses, and how they are allocated.

Scott’s real estate practice centers on real estate acquisition and development, leasing, title insurance, condominium and condominium associations, and commercial lending.
