Thomas Hall concentrates his practice on construction litigation and arbitration, representing owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers on a variety of commercial and residential construction projects. Drawing on his deep knowledge of Tennessee’s construction laws, he advises clients on contract negotiations and regulatory compliance. He also prosecutes and defends clients in a range of disputes, including those involving construction defects, warranty claims, liens, and project delays and disruptions. He earned his J.D., M.B.A., and L.L.M. in Taxation magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law. A Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, Thomas also serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Tennessee Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors and on the executive committees of both the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel and the Tennessee Bar Association’s Construction Law Section.

Will Pugh maintains a broad-based corporate practice focused on commercial real state, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and software licensing. In his real estate practice, he represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing of commercial properties. His integrated real estate and corporate experience allows him to counsel clients efficiently across the full lifecycle of real estate investments—from structuring and due diligence to raising equity, financing, development, and exit. In his corporate practice, Will regularly represents buyers and sellers in middle-market mergers and acquisitions and advises companies as outside counsel on software licensing, services agreements, and day-to-day corporate matters. Will earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Lora Wuerdeman counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings.
