Sherrard Roe Recognized as a Benchmark Litigation Tennessee Firm of the Year

Sherrard Roe is pleased to announce that the firm was named a Tennessee Firm of the Year by Benchmark Litigation for 2026. The Benchmark Litigation USA Awards honor the nation’s leading litigators and law firms in each state, based on their representations from the past year. The awards spotlight the most significant cases, along with the attorneys and firms behind them, and recognize those who have helped shape the litigation landscape. Sherrard Roe was named one of five finalists in Tennessee and ultimately selected among four winners. Honorees were celebrated at an awards ceremony in March.

Six Sherrard Roe partners were also recognized in the 2026 edition of Benchmark Litigation in late 2025, for their superb litigation skills across various practice areas, including appellate, bankruptcy, commercial, construction, insurance, real estate, securities, and trusts and estates litigation.
