Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison proudly sponsored the Tennessee Bar Association’s Reporters Workshop on April 28-29, 2023. The Reporters Workshop is presented annually by the TBA Communication Law Section, the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters, and the Tennessee Press Association Foundation. This comprehensive two-day program is geared toward journalists across all mediums and covers a myriad of media law issues.

Member Amy Mohan, chair of the firm’s crisis management and media relations practice group, serves as the TBA Communications Law Committee chair. She moderated a panel on investigative journalism featuring prominent local reporters. Member Bob Mendes joined a panel addressing best practices in covering state and local government. Mendes has represented Nashville as a Councilmember-At-Large on Nashville’s Metro Council since 2015.
