Lisa Helton and Andrea Sinclair to Present at TBA 2026 Estate Planning & Probate Forum

Firm members Lisa Helton and Andrea Sinclair will present on “Hot Topics in Probate Court Litigation” alongside Rebecca Blair of The Blair Law Firm at the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) Estate Planning & Probate Forum on Friday, March 6, 2026.

The forum will feature educational programming on timely and relevant issues affecting the practice area, presented by estate planning professionals across the state. The seven-hour CLE (including one hour of dual credit) will include sessions on estate litigation, legislative updates, ethics, the annual clerk and master’s panel, marital deductions, probate concerns and much more. TBA members and non-members are invited to attend.

Lisa Helton focuses her practice on estate and trust litigation, IRS tax litigation and controversy, and real estate litigation. Lisa was recognized by Best Lawyers® as the 2025 “Lawyer of the Year” in Nashville for Trust and Estate Litigation and as the 2023 “Lawyer of the Year” in Nashville for both Trust and Estate Litigation and Tax Litigation and Controversy.  In addition to her law practice, Lisa serves as Professor of Rigorous Writing Exercise at Nashville School of Law.

Andrea Sinclair focuses her practice on trust and estate planning, administration, and litigation matters. In her estate planning practice, Andrea works collaboratively with high-net-worth individuals and families, public figures, artists, and their advisors to create tailored estate plans and accomplish sophisticated wealth transfer and preservation goals. Andrea also advises and guides fiduciaries and beneficiaries throughout the administration and litigation of trusts, probate estates, guardianships, and conservatorships. She was named to the Nashville Post’s “In Charge” Legal list in 2024 and has been recognized by Best Lawyers® both Trusts and Estates and Trusts and Estates Litigation.
