Sherrard Roe Named Among the Nashville Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” for 2026

Sherrard Roe is proud to once again be recognized among the Nashville Business Journal “Best Places to Work” honorees for 2026. The annual award celebrates local employers that foster positive workplace cultures, empower and inspire their teams through strong leadership, and demonstrate the ability to achieve success while maintaining an engaging and enjoyable work environment.

To determine this year’s honorees, nominations were submitted by the public, and employees of nominated companies completed a confidential online survey. The survey evaluated key areas of employee engagement, including team effectiveness, trust in senior leadership, and manager effectiveness. Responses were compiled and analyzed to generate composite scores, which were then used to rank companies and select winners within each size category.
